Plano East Lacrosse has had many of these since the program began...

 

 

In 2004 Plano East was the Division II Champions and represented the North District at the Division II State Championships.

 

 

For 2005, the team was runner-up in the Division II State Championships: our finest achievement since the program was established.

 

 

2006 brought them the Texas High School Boys Division II Conference Championship.
